SPH follows a simple well defined methodology in order to help customers achieve their Asia/Germany strategy objectives. This is in 3 parts and is supported by a library of re-usable tools and artefacts.
Customer inputs are collected and feedback taken via structured workshops and pre-set questionnaires. Milestone checks are built in at adequate intervals in order to maintain the direction of the project, and to take corrective action if necessary.
